Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

In Short: We collect personal information that You provide to Us.

We do not handle social logins via Our Website.

Our servers are located in The Netherlands. The Website does not contain advertisements from third parties. Although there might be information and links of third parties that are not affiliated with Us mentioned on the Website and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data You provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Website. 7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION? 

In Short: We keep Your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.  

We will only keep Your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements) or stated in a written way via an e-mail by You to the Website. No purpose in this policy will require Us keeping Your personal information for longer than 14 months.

When We have no ongoing legitimate business need to process Your personal information, We will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because Your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then We will securely store Your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Website, You represent that You are at least 18 or that You are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependant’s use of the Website. 11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES  

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting You can activate to signal Your privacy preference not to have data about Your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates Your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that We must follow in the future, We will inform You via the Website about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

The Website can be seen and visited globally. This means visitors might also be residents of California, U.S.A. . This article refers to California’s residents only.
